Spinnin': Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down) - Nancy Sinatra
Yes, she is the daugter of jazz balads legend Frank Sinatra...
Oh, before i begin...
Wishing all the couples, and singles that i know... a HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY. May your relationship last forever and ever and dever and lever and so on and so forth. And hope that "Till DEATH do us (meaning you and your love) part"
Anyway, feeling much better about the whole thing and life don't seem to be that dull after all. Or so i thought. So got a couple of stuff to blog about that i didn't blog cause i was all pissed off the other day.
THERE WAS A MINI CHINGAY AT MY ESTATE A FEW DAYS AGO AND IT KICKS ASS!
As the famous forum slang goes, NPNT (No Pictures No Talk), i will post pictures of the parade and let the pictures say for themselves... after i've intro a lil bit on the subject. I stay in a sweet lil' estate known as LENTOR and the MP or something decided that my estate should have the first "Chingay" celebrations outside the real Chingay at Orchard Road. Confused? Later you will get it.
Anyhoo, the whole thing started at around 6:30pm on 8th Febuary, which is a wednesday evening. People all over my estate started to gather around and by 7pm, the show started off with a traditional chinese Lion Dance and Dragon Dance. (Sorry, no picture as i was too lazy to shoot such boring things...) After that, when it was close to 8pm, the German Shepard Dog Club of Singapore showed us a few dog tricks as it was the year of the dog... get it?
ok... here's the fun part. At around 8:30pm, lights were seen from a distance. What do you know? THE FLOATS (hua che) FROM THE OFFICIAL CHINGAY@ORCHARD ROAD TURNED UP AT MY ESTATE! ALL 12 OF IT! BREATHTAKING!
Ok... Now let the photos... and videos tell you the story.
Floats entering my estate.
The amount of people that was there. Really crowded.
The first float that arrived. I think it was the Grassroots Club or something.
Enjoy Coca-Cola!

Anyway, that's all the visual experience that i can offer... Oh wells,
